I was in the Club World cabin on the upper deck for this 13+ hours flight from Hong Kong to London Heathrow. The seating configuration was 2-3-2. Cabin was spotless, the only downside is the small storage space in the overhead lockers.
The IFE by Thales is excellent, with a large screen and plenty of film options. There is also a USB socket in the IFE and a power socket in the seat, which is very useful !
Food was good but not fantastic, British Airways could certainly improve its catering.
Good service from the flight attendants, very professional, even if not overwhelmingly friendly. We landed 20mn early.
