New seats look nice but are not comfortable

Heathrow to Madrid in Club Europe.
The refurbished A320 was spotless with the new brown leather seats. I was really disappointed by those new seats: not enough legroom and they hardly recline ! Unfortunately, the food was not better, consisting of some small sandwiches. It was a late afternoon flight, but this is not what I call Business Class service.
