I recently flew Etihad for the first time and it was a disappointing experience.
Food was very good but the seat was hard and the flight attendants were very rude. The service was low and mechanical, and I had to wait a long time before one of the cabin crew answered my call.
They advert as one of the best airlines in the world, but they are still far from the quality and especially the constancy of airlines such as Cathay Pacific or Asiana !
