Nice airline but too much delays

I fly regularly on Porter Airlines. It is a nice small airline but since several months they face a reliability problem. Once again my flight was delayed more than 1 hour on a less than 2 hours flight...
Crew managed to be very friendly, especially when dealing with stressed passengers during turbulences.
Leather seats are comfortable, good legroom. Nice Terra Chips and beverages in real glasses, not plastic.
Hope they will improve their on-time performance!
