Boarding
I don't like the free seating and Southwest's boarding process. Simply a mess and in my opinion, not efficient at all.
Cabin
Not enough time to clean the cabin during the turnaround. It was ok but still some rubbish in my seat pocket.
Seat
Pretty comfortable seat for a 2:30 hours flight.
Catering
Southwest offers soft drinks and salty snacks (pretzels and peanuts) for free. The choice of soft drinks is pretty impressive and the crew came to offer a refill. Nice.
Crew
Friendly crew.
Punctuality
Departed and arrived on time.
