Red-eye flight to London. Aircraft was an old Boeing 767, but the cabin was clean (I avoided the other flights which are operated on a narrowbody Boeing 757).
Enough entertainment but could be better, and the food was underwhelming. On top of that, you have to pay for alcohol (wine and beer).
The crew did a really good job. They were very helpful and cheerful.
With the high-level competition on that route (British Airways and Virgin Atlantic), United could do better...
