Heathrow upper-class check-in, checked in had to inform agent needed spec. assist.
Sat for 1hr-30mins, waiting to be taken through security, etc.
After several requests to virgin agents, they will be here in a minute, after the time mentioned had to request in no uncertain way. enough was enough!
Was taken to security where i was told that there would be someone at the other end to take us to the lounge, no chance!
Went to the lounge, another load of lies!
Finally 5 mins. before closing the gate we were taken to the plane, the last one on when should have been one of the first.
The flight was very noisy some of the passengers treated the upper-class section, like a pub, they got worst as more drinks flowed.
Have been quite a few times with VA,never again.
