Gate agents were very rude. I booked the Optima fare, which allows one hold baggage and seat selection, however there was no more room in the overhead lockers for my cabin baggage so they took it to put in into the hold. It’s a bit annoying, but to be fair, it’s the same with every low cost airline… Seats are uncomfortable, it feels like being crammed like sardines when the flight is full. The food they sell is not far from edible and overpriced: 6 euros for a small sandwich. On the good side, the cabin crew are friendly and try to do their best.
