Transport and parking
Very easy to find our way to the rental car return.

Check-in
Self-service check-in was done quickly. However luggage drop can be a bit confusing: you must print your luggage tags and a member of staff will put it on your luggage.

Security
No queue, friendly staff.

Signage and pathways
You have to take a tram from the main terminal building to the gate but it is clearly signed.

Cleanliness
Very clean airport. Toilets are spotless.

Shops, restaurants, services
Good selection of shops and restaurants. You have a food court in the main terminal building and if you need a last minute souvenir from the parks, there are the Universal, Disney, and SeaWorld's stores. Wifi is free and unlimited, couldn't ask for more.
